Shipping and Returns


Unless authorised by management at Tiny Individuals any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted and may result in a restocking fee or where dubious circumstances occur will be forwarded back to the appropriate client. Goods will only be accepted back if the goods have not been opened and the packaging undamaged.

Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused thru transit (within Australia). Charges will not apply in cases where there has been an error by Tiny Individuals. Should there be any damage or leakage, please advise immediately as damaged and/ or incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted up to 7 days after dispatch date. These return policies only apply to Australian clients/ customers.

Overseas orders are at your own risk. Tiny Individuals will not take any responsibility for any damages in transit or wrongly ordered products.


We can ship anywhere in Australia, if you require this to be shipped overseas this will be at the clients risk and expense. Please allow 3 - 10 working days for goods to arrive.
